Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a part-time (0.5 to 0.7 FTE) Salaried Locums Optometrist to join our Puyallup Medical Center team in Puyallup, Washington, for a six-month coverage need from November 2025 to May 2026.
Puyallup Medical Center is comprised of Family Medicine, Pediatrics, Eye Care, Physical Therapy and Social Work Services. Lab, Pharmacy, and Radiology on site. Office hours are 7am - 7pm Monday through Thursday, 7am - 5pm Friday. Walk-in clinic 11am -7pm Monday through Thursday, 9am - 5pm Friday.
As a condition of employment, all clinicians and employees are required to verify COVID-19 vaccination status. Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $149,501 to $167,089 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $149,501 to $167,089 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Benefits include: Full malpractice indemnification (including tail coverage), medical benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, post-graduate educational leave, postgraduate funding, employer contributions to social security.
