We invite applications for Optometrists to join our practice in Longview, Washington. As a NWP Optometrist, you will provide comprehensive eye care services managing a variety of chronic eye diseases and conditions. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate and thorough patient records and actively participating in continuing education and professional development to stay current with advancements in optometric care.

Minimum Requirements:
- One year OD residency preferred, or a minimum of three years of clinical experience with a history of chronic disease management

The annual salary for this position is $118,700 - $144,800 which considers an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, training, market data, and other relevant factors.
